Roasting on the CR600e
Relatively new to the market is the CR600e, an all-electric home roaster capable of roasting up to 600g of green beans.
It has fast-acting infrared tubes for accurate roast profiling.
Based on the Gas roaster, the Roasters both look quite similar. We have done this specifically for customers who wish to convert to electric in the future, if they would like to.
The Electric and Gas bases are interchangeable, allowing Gas Cormorant owners to install an Electric base, move the top across, and roast on either Gas or Electric, whichever suits their needs.
The Electric Cormorant is a very convenient and easy-to-use roaster, already in use in Japan, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
We are hoping that the Electric Roaster will be a great addition to the Cormorant brand allowing for customers to have the choice of what type of roaster would suit them best.

Please drop us an email at johan@cormorantroasters.co.uk to register your interest in the CR600e. We will require your name and address to book you a space on the list. There is no deposit required when you book. We will require payment in full via PayPal or Bank transfer when we start building your roaster. We often have a short waiting list, but we sometimes have Roasters in stock, so you may receive a roaster immediately; otherwise, there will be a short wait while we fulfill your order.
